No! With just a few clicks Service Watch can start monitoring your website.
Do I have to install anything to use Service Watch?
No! Service Watch features will never require you to install anything on your machines. This tool was built to avoid local agents.

Pricing Questions

What are the free tier limits?
The free tier is limited to 5 services, 2 sentinels per service, 60 minute status intervals, email alerts only, and 5 day log retention.

Feature Questions

What types of alerts does Service Watch provide?
Service Watch provides multiple alert options including email, SMS, Slack, Discord, and Telegram. We are constantly working on new notification channels, if you need something in particular don't hesistate to reach out.
Can I create custom status pages?
Yes, Service Watch allows you to create customizable status pages to keep your users informed about your service's uptime and any ongoing issues. Basic status pages are available to Pro and Enterprise customers. Branded status pages are only available to Enterprise customers.

How often does Service Watch check my services?
The frequency that our sentinels check your services is configurable for each sentinel. The minimum interval depends on your plan. Indie plan sentinels checks every 30 minutes, Pro plan every 10 minutes, and Enterprise plan every 1 minute.
Is there an API available for integrations?
Yes, we provide an API that allows you to ping heartbeat sentinels. More API functionality coming soon!
